Schedule an appointment
We will meet with you either over the phone or in person and discuss what your goals are and decide on a design together.
Get a Quote
Once you have a design in mind, we will quote you how much it will cost to build and deliver your tiny house. You are responsible for any financing necessary.

With the right kind of toilet and installation, you can have an inside bathroom without being connected to a sewer or septic tank.

If you have a holding tank on your property, we can connect your bathroom to it when we deliver your tiny home.

Another option is to hook up to an existing sewer and drain. This is great for people living in the city.
Optional Power Box
With the power box installed, you can live completely off-grid and still have electricity to run your air conditioning, lights, refrigerator, etc.
Mobile
All of our units are mobile and easy to move. Built to haul down the road without any special permits.
